  2. Voorstellen Wie zijn wij TC 1, duurzaamheid

  3. Voorstellen Doelstelling Een ervaren constructeur neemt in zijn werk, als een 2de natuur, ook de kostenconsequenties in zijn ontwerp beslissingen mee. Voor duurzaamheid doet hij dit nog niet. Hiervoor wil de TC1 hem handvatten aanreiken.

  4. Voorstellen Wat heeft de TC1 gedaan in 2012 • Ontwikkelen van tools voor de constructeur • Aavondsessies • Publiceren van artikelen in het blad bouwen met staal

Appel aan de constructeur, Paraplu artikel bouwen met staal • Building layers – 6x’S’ • Stuff (inboedel) • Spaceplan (inbouw) • Services (installaties) • Skin (gevel) • Structure (constructie) • Soil (locatie) • Duurzaamheidsoplossingen • Optimaal: integrale benadering • Suboptimaal: per discipline

  8. Ontwerptabellen schaduwprijzen constructies Toegekend Voorstel Wat kunnen we ermee? • Constructiesystemen afwegen op basis van schaduwprijzen • Tabellen voor elke constructeur hanteerbaar • Praktisch middel in de VO fase om iets te zeggen over de duurzaamheid

Wat gaan we doen in 2013 • Een 2de avond sessie • Onderzoek naar duurzaam ontwerpen in relatie tot BIM • Regelmatige bijdragen aan de nieuwsbrief BmS • Duurzaamheids aspect onderbrengen binnen de Staalprijs • Vervolg artikel in het blad “Bouwen met staal” (meetbaarheid van energie in de praktijk) • TC1 levert een spreker voor het duurzaamheidssymposium 2013 van BmS • Ontwikkelen projectvoorstellen 2014
