  6. 戒煙失敗的原因 • 長期吸煙者的身體會對尼古丁產生依賴,戒煙過程中的脫癮癥狀使戒煙者感到非常難受。 脫癮癥狀包括: • 心情抑鬱 • 焦慮 • 失眠

  7. 對抗脫癮徵狀 • 停止吸煙後,吸煙者面對的將會是化學物尼古丁的脫癮徵狀。故此,要去除這個惡習,吸煙者所需要的不單只是意志力,而是慢慢降低服用尼古丁的份量。

  8. 對抗脫癮徵狀 • 尼古丁補充療法(NRT-Nicotine Replacement Therapy) 給予戒煙者少量的尼古丁,以舒緩戒煙時所引起的不適。幫助控制煙癮,到最後徹底戒除。
