For about five years specific training courses for Disabled Young Adults Pre-employment forIntellective disabled No referring profile Two years (600 h for year) About 200 h/year training incompanies or cooperatives For all students practical laboratories: office jobsstorehousesmall manual jobs - Students reported by social services - More than 16 years up to 30 years

Common methodological and practical features Small groups 8/12 students for class Different level of disability Strong networking with social and mental services (choose students and companies, joint planning, periodical meetings, informal exchange of ideas, problem management) Many of the teachers are psychologists or social workers Strong focus on communication, social skills and self empowerment Interactive teaching Focus on residual abilities rather than on diagnosis Our goal is reinforcement of skills
