Software Release • Training material and workshop was developed, with intro and closing messages from our company owners and COO • Every student had a hands on section of training to view their own store’s data and experience the tool first hand • Area Managers received their own version of training to help them utilize the area wide trends portion of this tool • Managers were tested with questions regarding their own store’s findings to ensure all users are proficient in using this tool within their own stores. • GMs are accountable for completing necessary • follow-up for exceptions occurring in their store, • viewable by Area Managers and AP Team

Results • Direct Benefits • AP Team has been pinpointing and investigating “Suspicious Activities” more effectively since using this POS Exception software as one of our main KPIs. • 2012: 8% of audits led to significant findings • 2013: 18% of audits led to significant findings • AP team has found theft findings in over 50% of the Regions visited since software rollout. • Indirect Benefits • There are significant decreases in all Cash Exceptions area • Cash Pull Compliance - Drawer Amount > $700.00 has decreased by 16% • Less Cash in Drawer = Lower robbery risk and lower robbery take • Voids and Deletes have significantly decreased since DelaGet rollout • Employee Meal violations have decreased 60%
