  1. CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION By: Alisha Collins & Chase Halley

  2. Why were they there? They were there to settle a government ,and to make the government stronger for the people.

  3. Did it do what it was expected to do?Yes , it did do what it was expected to do because it made a better government with more power.

  4. Where and when was the convention held?The convention was held at Independence Hall in Philadelphia, <Independence hall!!

  5. What was the theory behind James Madison plan of government? The plan for James Madison was for the states with more people get more say and votes in the government then the smaller states.

  6. The Virginia plan was to give the larger states more votes. With more say in the government, meaning the larger states would have more power than the smaller states. What did the Virginia plan propose?

  7. What did the New Jersey plan propose? The New Jersey plan was focused on insuring that small states got an equal share of representation in the government. That all the states would be equal on say no matter how small or large the state was.

  8. The constitution. • The constitution is our plan for government. The articles of constitution talk about the duties of our three main parts of government, the Executive branch, The Legislative branch, and the Judicial branch. It also talks about the separate of powers of the federal and state government.
