  1. It was recently reported that the Green Bay Packers live stream cut defensive lineman, Gerald Willis, and likely more pre-training camp cuts will follow. The only certainty right now is uncertainty as the NFL and teams try to navigate a season amidst the coronavirus pandemic. And unfortunately, this sentiment rings especially true for many fringe roster players around the league, including on the Green Bay Packers. Under normal circumstances, teams have 90-man rosters at the beginning of training camp before having to cut down to the usual 53 for Week 1. This year, however, it was recently reported by Albert Breer that when it comes to roster size heading into camp, teams have two options. They can either keep the roster at the usual 90 players but have to hold split-squad practices – with vets in one group and rookies and rehab guys in the other – until August 16th where then they will whittle the roster down to 80 at that point. Or they can begin training camp with 80 players and not have to have separate practices. For safety reasons and for some sort of continuity with everyone participating in practice together, I imagine every team is going to start camp with just 80 players on the roster rather than 90. And when it comes to the Green Bay Packers, they appear to be going that route as well as it was reported on Sunday evening that they had cut defensive lineman Gerald Willis. Willis was a productive player at the University of Miami before going undrafted in 2019. He spent the preseason in Baltimore before eventually ending up on the Miami Dolphins’ practice squad. At the end of the season, he saw limited action taking 19 snaps and totaling two tackles and two quarterback hurries, according to Pro Football Focus (subscription required). While some question the depth of Green Bay’s defensive line behind Kenny Clark, it is a full room, still made up of the aforementioned Clark, along with Dean Lowry, Montravius Adams, Kingsley Keke, Treyvon Hester, Tyler Lancaster, Willington Previlon, and Jamal Davis. Willis was claimed off waivers by Green Bay earlier this year, and given the circumstances, he hadn’t even set foot in the Packers’ facilities before being cut. This, unfortunately, is the reality that several hundred players around the NFL may face this season. watch Green Bay  Packers games online Willis appears to have been the first domino to fall, and with Green Bay’s roster currently sitting at 89 players following this move, we should expect several more cuts to be made before training camp opens up. NEXT: A Reduced Salary Cap Makes 2021 Even More Challenging In an unusual year, familiarity with the Packers’ system, both offensively and defensively, along with NFL experience is going to be important. So as we await any new names to be added to

  2. this list, keep your eyes on the undrafted free agents and any low-key additions that were made this offseason. The Green Bay Packers went 13-3 last season, won the NFC North and reached the NFC Championship Game. San Francisco routed the Packers, though, 37-20, in the conference title game and Green Bay enters the 2020 season with several questions. The NFL informed teams last week that training camps will open on time and all players are expected to report by July 28. https://redditnflstreamstv.com/green-bay-packers-live-streams/ Between now and the start of camp, I will count down the ‘30 Most Important Packers’ heading into the 2020 campaign. Left tackle David Bakhtiari checks in at No. 4. The other players that have been revealed in the top-30 are listed at the bottom of the story. Last season: Bakhtiari had a rough start to the year, but closed with a bang. When everything was said and done, he allowed just two sacks in 1,075 snaps. Bakhtiari had 12 penalties in his first 12 games (six holdings, five false starts, one for illegal hands). Then in his final six games he didn’t have a penalty. His run blocking also improved dramatically as the season went on. Career to date: Bakhtiari was a fourth-round draft pick in 2013, a year in which offensive tackles Eric Fisher and Luke Joeckel went 1-2 overall. Not only has Bakhtiari been the best tackle from that draft class, he’s been one of the top five players overall.   How to Watch Green Bay Packers Online

  3. Bakhtiari was thrust into the starting lineup as a rookie and hasn’t looked back. Bakhtiari was a given a four-year, $48 million contract before the 2016 season, and a case could be made he’s outplayed that contract. From 2015-2019, Bakhtiari has a pass-blocking grade of 95.9 (out of 100) from Pro Football Focus, which is far and away the highest in football. And over the past decade, Bakhtiari’s pass-blocking grade ranks No. 2 in the NFL behind only Cleveland’s Joe Thomas, a future Hall of Famer. Outlook: Bakhtiari, 28, is entering a contract year. If he performs like he has in recent seasons, he could be the NFL’s highest-paid tackle a year from now. Bakhtiari’s current deal puts him 12th in the league at an average of $12 million per season. Houston’s Laremy Tunsil ($22M average), Indianapolis’ Anthony Castonzo ($16.5M) and Tennessee’s Taylor Lewan ($16M) have the top three averages among tackles. The Packers have a handful of key starters that will become free agents after this season, including nose tackle Kenny Clark, running back Aaron Jones, center Corey Linsley and cornerback Kevin King. Getting a new deal done with Bakhtiari, though, is likely to be No. 1 on general manager Brian Gutekunst’s “to do” list. Whatever the organization decides they want to do moving forward with me, we can have that conversation when it’s there. But, yeah, as of right now, I’m just focusing on making sure I play good football whenever it comes up because the times right now have definitely been different, so I think a lot of guys right now are changing their preparation and process so that’s been taking the center stage. I’m not really thinking about what goes into the next step because I need to make sure I take this right step that’s happening right now.” — Bakhtiari on his future with Green Bay “There’s always, in certain position groups, kind of that one guy you need to stay healthy, and Dave’s that guy because he’s an All-Pro. I think he has Hall of Fame potential. He’s an incredible player. When he’s over there, you feel really comfortable with him locking down pass rushers throughout the game. His leadership has been outstanding. He’s been a great locker room guy, he’s been a lot of fun to get to know.” — Quarterback Aaron Rodgers on Bakhtiari “I guess I get to do more of what I want and no one can tell me what to do. I think I’ll keep my way of how I’ve led. I don’t think there is one right way or wrong way. The best way to lead is through your own personality because the way that you choose to lead that’s genuine comes across and gets absorbed the best. Whenever you try to be disingenuous or over-stretch who you are to assume that leadership role, I think it gets discredited. I think I’m just going to

  4. continue doing how I’m doing it, and I think it helps other guys.” — Bakhtiari on being the leader of the offensive line Packers Reddit nfl streams
