General Announcement The 1st A3 Foresight summer school will be held at Hoam convention center and guest house of Seoul National University. Graduate students and postdocs of participating members are encouraged to attend this school. As the 1st summer school, we chose a topic of “ theoretical survey of 1 Dimensional wire system.” The participating members can also attend this school. During this four day school, graduate students and postdocs from 3 countries can be acquainted with each other. For those who plan to attend this school from China and Japan, please apply to Profs. U.) dimension and quantum coherence.” June 21: Prof. M. Tsukada: “Electronic Structures of 1D (Waseda U.) systems.” June 22: Prof. J. Ihm: “Electronic structures of CNTs and (Seoul Nat’l. For students a room will be share by two, so please let us know your gender when applying Visa: Chinese, Vietnamese and Taiwanese need entry visa to visit Republic of Korea. We will issue a proper document to help you to obtain Korean entry visa. Please send us 1) your name 2) institute, 3) birth date, 4) copy of passport (by scanned the first two pages where your personal information and passport number are listed.) Lecture Notes: The lecture notes will be published in a book. Attending Korean students will make lecture notes of Prof. Choi and Ihm, Japanese students will make that of Prof. Tsukada, and Chinese students will do that of Prof. Eggert.
