Track Performance of System Progress Report of NSDS Identify Successes/Tell Stories Bring mushrooms into light In Definition of metrics supported by IBGE, AfDB, US Bureau of Census, Paris 21, WB African Union Define metrics Certify Regional Centers AFRISTAT, AFRITAC, etc African NSO w/ expertise in some defined area (eg Capo Verde in CAPI) Schools ENSAE, ENSEA, ISSEA etc South-South support Endow Chairs Support Departments Private foundations Billionaires in Africa African NSO with demand for capacity building in defined area Formal funding of South-South support EU, DFID, WB, AfDB
