There will be a test Thursday that will cover place value (hundred billions to thousandths), addition and subtraction of decimals, estimation, and rounding. Reading-Mrs. Wiedebusch pwiedebusch@peaster.net • Make sure you read the directions pasted in your reading journal for your writing responses. Upcoming Dates: Sep 15-CiCi’s Pizza Night 5-7 Sep 17-Picture Day Sep 18-Book Fair and Spaghetti Supper, Open House 5:30-7:30 Science-Mrs. Cooperscooper@peaster.net • We will continue classifying matter based on the physical properties of magnetism and relative density.  Our first Vocabulary Quiz resulted in 25 students having their name placed on the brag door! :)  We will be taking a test this Friday, September 19.  On Monday, students will be receiving a review sheet (Matter Test 1) to use with their spiral in preparation for the test.  I would encourage your child to study 10-15 minutes each night. Social Studies-Mrs. Boone sboone@peaster.net Students will be learning about the early settlements of Jamestown and Plymouth. Students will have their first state/capital quiz on Monday, Sep 22.
