  2. In our days, digitizing is a priority to disseminate the knowledge in patrimonial libraries and archives. It is the only way of people all over the world acess it. To treat, organize, integrate, preserve, establish conditions for consultation of readers and make available collections of heritage unique and intrinsically related to the cultural identity of their communities, whereby researchers, information workers and library users must work together. Advantages of low-cost digitizing is a propose to open a new vision, where everybody can exchange experiences, to optimize and monetize maximum use of the resources, taking in account the economic factor.
