  4. Director’s Report • Police Department monthly report for April, 2013. • Maintenance Division Report for April, 2013.

  5. Approval of Minutes • Approval of the minutes of the Administrative Sessions of April 23 (corrected) and April 30, 2013.

Public Hearings • A Public Hearing to receive comments on the Ordinance being considered on this meeting's agenda to amend and supplement Ordinance No. 3723, passed by the Mayor and City Council on September 25, 2012 to authorize application of the proceeds of the City's $1,515,491.29 Infrastructure Bond, 2012 Series B.

Ordinance • Ordinance (Second and Third Readings) - Amending and supplementing Ordinance 3723, passed September 25, 2012, to provide that the proceeds of the $1,515,491.29 Mayor and City Council of Cumberland CDA Infrastructure Bond, 2012 Series B, may be used, in addition to the purposes set forth in the 2012 Ordinance, to provide funds to finance and refinance costs of Other Street Improvement Projects, Wastewater Treatment Plant and System Improvements, and Water Treatment Plant and System Improvements.

  10. Ordinance • Ordinance (First Reading) - To repeal and reenact Section 24-151(b) of the City Code to provide for a 20% increase in sewer rates.

  11. Ordinance • Ordinance (1st reading) - providing for the FY 2014 City Tax Levy. Real Estate = $0.9654 per $100.00 of assessed value; Personal Property = $2.6480 per $100.00 of assessed value.

  12. Ordinance • Ordinance (1st reading) - providing for the levy of FY 2014 special taxes in the Shades Lane Development District.

  13. Order • Order accepting the bid from Arnold's Lawn Care for the 2013 Grass Mowing Contract (08- 13-M) in the estimated unit price of $25,920.00.

  14. Order • Order authorizing execution of a Concession License Agreement with The Snack Shack to operate the Casino Building concession area and other portable concessions at Constitution Park for the 2013 operating season.

  15. Order • Order accepting the sole source proposal from KONE, Inc. to provide elevator maintenance services under the US Communities Program for a three (3) year period commencing July 1, 2013 in an amount not to exceed $30, 060.
