  1. Be eco! Reduce Reuse Recycle

  2. We believe in these eco projects and we have tried to find solutions. These slide are to show you our work.

  3. Recycled paper Materials needed Paper (newspapers, sheets of written paper but avoid glossy paper), a bowl, a bucket, rags, water, a mixer, bone glue, a tray, paper size griddles (A4, A5).

  4. 1. Shred paper sheets and place the small pieces in the bucket for maceration for fifteen minutes. 2. Mix until you obtain a smooth paste and place it in a bowl, adding water depending on the thickness you desire for your recycled paper.

  5. 3. Stir well to distribute the paste evenly. 4. Add bone glue to the paste which you obtained and put everything in a tray.

  6. 5. Then slowly submerge a griddle into the paste, holding it horizontally until it touches the bottom of the tray. 6. Paper fibers are now deposited on the griddle. Slowly take the griddle out of the tray.

  7. Allow it to dry. It will take about twelve-twenty four hours. When dry, the recycled paper "is peeled" off the griddle.

  8. Bioplastic BioPlastics are plastics that can be made out of common household products. Instead of taking about 100 years to fully decompose it only takes about 7.

  9. Ingredients water,  glycerine,  starch, vinegard. Combine 7 parts water, 1 part vinegard, 1/2 part glycerine, one and a half parts starch for the basic recipe.

  10. Combine the ingredients in the pan and stir until you get a smooth milk like consistency. Put the pan on medium heat and stir continually. The mixture will become glue-like. Cook for approximately 3 minutes.

  11. Add some color if you want. You can put the plastic in molds or spread them out on a thin sheet.

  12. Eco-pottery Ingredients: used paper, sawdust, cement.

  13. 1.Shred paper sheets and place the small pieces in the bucket for maceration. 2.Mix until you obtain a smooth paste.

  14. 3. Add sawdust and cement to this paste.

  15. 4. Use two identical containers, with one container slightly larger than the other. Pour 2 inches of the concrete mixture into the larger container. 5. Place the smaller container carefully on top of the concrete in the center of the larger container.

  16. 6. Allow the concrete to set for at least 24 hours, then remove the smaller container to reveal your concrete pot. 7. Cover the concrete pot with a large piece of plastic and allow the concrete to set up for one week.

  17. You can use these products as flower pots or decorative objects.
