Course Mail. Welcome to Course Mail. Your ANGEL Course Mail works like a regular e-mail system. ANGEL Course Mail is designed to only send messages within your course to fellow students, faculty and the instructor. Step One: Locating Course Mail Tools.

  2. Welcome to Course Mail Your ANGEL Course Mail works like a regular e-mail system. ANGEL Course Mail is designed to only send messages withinyourcourse to fellow students, faculty and the instructor.

  3. Step One: Locating Course Mail Tools On the right side of your course home screen you will see a section called Course Mail This is where you will locate your course Inbox B. Quick Message and C. Unread Messages. (We are going to explore all of these tools). We will start with your course Inbox, click View Inbox

  4. Step Two: Your Inbox By clicking View Inbox you will be taken to a screen that looks like this. All your course e-mails that have been sent to you will be displayed here. 1. You can write a new message by clicking Compose Message.

  5. Step Two: Your Inbox Composing a Message - Continued When you click compose mail, this screen will appear. 2. You can use the To button to search for classmates and/or professor. Type subject here… 3. Write your Subject of the message here.

  6. Step Two: Your Inbox Composing a Message - Continued 4. You can select the Priority of your message here. (Low, Normal, High) 5. Write your message in the Message Box. Type subject here… Fellow classmate, I was wondering if you knew how to go about problem 11 in our homework? 6. ABC: This is used for spell checking 7. You can attach documents to your message here.

  7. Step Two: Your Inbox Composing a Message - Continued (If you need to save your message and come back to it later, click Save Draft). Type subject here… Fellow classmate, I was wondering if you knew how to go about problem 11 in our homework? 8. When you finish your message, click Send. You have now sent a Course Message.

  8. Step Three: Unread Mail If you have any unread messages, you will be notified here by the number of unread messages you have. If you have an unread message(s) you can click Messages or View Inbox.

  9. Step Four: Quick Message To compose a message right away, without going all the way into your inbox, click Quick Message. Composing a Quick Message will work the same way as writing a new Course Message.
