Once your property is ready one of our professional photographers will take photographs and also produce floor plans.

  7. Property Preparation & Inventory Wycombe Sales and Lettings are pleased to organise a comprehensive inventory of your property and its contents. This must be undertaken prior to obtaining the perfect tenant to document the condition and items that are inside your property. N.B If you are offering your property as a Short Let then we will require that you arrange the council tax, TV license and utilities be organised. That is because these costs are inclusive of a short let tenancy (telecommunications are the tenants responsibility so you don’t have to organise this).
