Scroll down to the Applicants Tab on the Requisition Profileto view all applicants associated with your requisition. • Select the Create New Req link from the Requisitions Quick Search Box on the Workbench page. • Enter all required information (i.e., all fields in red and marked by an asterisk). • Search for a position by Position Number. • Review the position title that pre-populates into the Functional Titlefield because this is the information that applicants will view on the job posting. • Cut and paste job descriptions into the Job Descriptionsfield from any documents that you have used in the past. • Add the appropriate individuals to the Interview Team. • Enter a monthly posting salary for ALL jobs (except those jobs that are hourly). • Save the requisition as a Draft. Notice that once the requisition is saved as a Draft, it is called a Requisition Profile. Click the Edit Profilelink to add an assessment and interview questions. • Click the Route for Approval button once you have made all of your edits.
