Project 2 : REPORMA ( Filipino term for change, reform) stands forRegionalResource, Poverty,and PovertyResponseMapping Research Outputs to guide policy and practice Inventory/mapping of all available resources in region starting with Cebu Inventory of Resource Utilization and Management in region Identification and definition of poverty in region-Cebu Inventory of Poverty Responses and Management in region Identification of governance styles, development assistance, and best practices in region
