GCSEs and Beyondqualifications (recent changes) • A Levels • new A levels are 2 year linear courses • new AS levels are 1 year courses only • Some A Levels are still following the current pattern (one year AS followed by second year of A2) • students must make sure they know what they are applying for • CRC – English and Maths • all courses at CRC now contain an English and Maths component

  6. GCSEs and Beyondentry requirements • To confirm entry requirements and specific subject requirements please check post 16 prospectuses carefully. • Students who are only just eligible for a Level 3 course, must make sure they also apply for a Level 2 course as a back up.
