Who We Are Mission Statement: • Party Equipment Rental • Delivery, Set-Up, Pick-up • Limited Partnership (3 general, 2 limited) We, of Fiesta Express, wish to provide convenient and kind service and unforgettable products to party organizers, utilizing our ability to distribute party supplies via truck directly to the consumer. • We will minimize our effects on the environment through efforts such as using clean energy vehicles for delivery in the long run

Operational Issues: • Deliveries will be prepared at least a day before the delivery • Employees will be notified of delivery needed • Order will arrive at previously specified time, or a discount will be placed on the price • Payments can be made from the time of the order to the time of delivery, but must be received before the set-up

Operation Issues – “Shutdown” • November – February • Environmental Conditions not suitable for business • If we operate fully we will have a very high loss and few ways to generate revenue • Limited Operation Mode: • Supplies will not be bought • We will make no deliveries • No part-time employees • Reduced costs on utilities • We will be able to cut our losses substantially • Due to Halloween on the 31st actual limited operations/”shutdown” is from the first Wednesday in November to first weekday in March
