  2. Introduction Physiotulle Dressings is a hydrocolloid based non-adherent wound contact layer dressing which is suitable for use on low to highly exuding chronic and acute wounds. It is also available as Physiotulle Ag Dressings with added Silver ( Ag ) to prevent infection.

  3. Physiotulle Dressings This non-adherent wound contact layer consisting of a knitted polyester net impregnated with carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) particles suspended in petrolatum. They are suitable for use on low to highly exuding chronic and acute wounds.When in contact with wound exudate, the petrolatum, hydrocolloid and carboxymethylcellulose particles swell to form a gel which helps maintain a moist healing environment promoting faster healing.

  4. Physiotulle Ag Dressings This is a hydrocolloid-based, non-adherent wound contact layer consisting of a knitted polyester net impregnated with carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) particles. When in contact with wound exudate the dressing absorb the fluid and silver is released into the wound bed. Silver release is sustained throughout entire wear time. It is suitable for use on low to highly exuding chronic and acute wounds at risk of infection.
