TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW & SCHEDULE TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW With the support of Corrine and Duncan Sinclair, the Staysure Tour has teamed up with The Sinclair Foundation to stage the inaugural Sinclair Invitational as part of the 2019 schedule. The event will also be benefiting The On Course Foundation. Taking place at Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel and Country Club, in Hertfordshire, from 30th August – 1st September, the tournament will raise funds and awareness for The On Course Foundation whose aim is to champion the recovery of injured and sick service personnel and veterans through nationwide golf events and employment in the golf industry. The tournament will benefit from a TV highlights programme to be broadcast on Sky Sports. The tournament will be played in Alliance Pro-Am format, where an amateur will play alongside a Staysure Tour Professional for the three tournament days, while the tournament will be preceded by The Sinclair Invitational Pro-Ams on Wednesday 28th & Thursday 29th August. This will enable individuals or businesses to purchase places or teams to help raise money for The On Course Foundation and the donations from spectators will also go to the charity. The following proposals outline the various packages that are available for individuals looking to participate in The Sinclair Invitational 2019. • EVENT SCHEDULE • Venue: Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel & Country Club, Hertfordshire • Dates: 30th August – 1st September, 2019 • Pro-Ams: 28th & 29th August, 2019 • Field Size: 54 Professionals • Format: 54 holes with 18 holes played over three days • Television: Global TV package going out to approx. 200 million homes • Wed 28th: The Sinclair Invitational Pro-Am 1 • Teams of four with a Staysure Tour Professional playing with three Amateurs • Thurs 29th: The Sinclair Invitational Pro-Am 2 • Teams of four with a Staysure Tour Professional playing with three Amateurs • Fri 30th: Round 1 – Alliance Format • Staysure Tour Professional partnering one Amateur • Sat 31st: Round 2 – Alliance Format • Staysure Tour Professional partnering one Amateur • Sun 1st: Round 3 – Alliance Format • Staysure Tour Professional partnering one Amateur

INDIVIDUAL ALLIANCE PACKAGE The package includes: • One (1) individual place in the tournament Alliance Pro-Am playing alongside a Staysure Tour Professional on Friday, Saturday and Sunday • One (1) Caddie for Alliance Competitor – On request • One (1) Alliance Competitor gift pack (one per player) • One (1) reserved locker within the Players locker room • Ten (10) General access tickets for guests to support • Accommodation available at a discounted rate for tournament competitors • Drinks reception on Saturday 31st August - TBC • Access to player practice facilities • Tournament accreditation for one (1) Alliance Competitor and one (1) Alliance guest per day with exclusive Competitor Lounge access, including – breakfast, lunch and drinks on applicable Alliance Pro-Am days • Daily and overall amateur prizes for Alliance Competitors • Alliance Competitor - £3,000

PRO-AM TEAM PACKAGE The package includes: • Teams of four with a Staysure Tour Professional playing with three guests. • Option to have a celebrity in the team with two amateurs and a • Staysure Tour Professional • Gift pack and refreshments on arrival for amateur guests • Access to practice facilities • 18 Holes of golf on the Tournament Course • Team prizes, longest drive and nearest the pin • competitions • Pro-Am Dinner, Prize Presentation and Charity Auction • The Team cost is £2,000
