  4. Implementation Overview • ~ 90 – 100 days from provisioning to go-live • ~ 2 – 4 hours per week of your time, potentially more during training sessions • We migrate all data with your help for clean-up/changes • Double-entry for first month of go-live • Training and support post go-live

  5. Billing • Time and Materials • Standard hourly rate = $175 • Time is billed in 15-minute increments at the end of each month • Use as many or as few estimated hours as required • We will provide an additional estimate for any requirements added outside the current scope
