  3. 2010年4月5日 AACSB 董事會正式宣佈輔仁大學管理學院 經再訪視後獲得AACSB維持認證

  5. Why are we applying? • 加強管理學院的國際競爭力。 • 持續改善，提升管理學院的教學、研究及服務品質。 • 輔大管理學院為世界耶穌會商管學院聯盟(International Association of Jesuit Business School, IAJBS)之一員，而IAJBS絕大多數成員已獲AACSB認證。

AACSB 維持認證的重點 • 前次認證策略計畫及待改進事項之落實成效 • Future strategic plans 為何 (how to differentiate your business school with others) • Faculty Qualifications (包含AQ, PQ比例； AQ, PQ定義；AQ , PQ要求……)，有博士班學校會被特別檢視 • Faculty developments • Faculty and student diversity • Financial issues • Assurance of learning (AOL)

  7. AACSB 維持認證的重點(Cont.) • Placements, alumni relationship, and fund raising issues (此部份亞洲地區學校通常著墨不多，有很大的努力空間) • Best practices (整合服務學習與社會企業、核心行為檢測及提昇學生英文能力) • Positive thinking

  8. 輔大維持認證的經驗 • 校長及學術副校長一定要全力支持。 • 至少需一、二位熱心老師願意投入大量時間。 • 由各系所一位教師代表組成工作小組。 • 各系所主管都要參與制度改善。 • 全院秘書、組員都要投入文件準備工作。 • 每一位教師必須整理個人學術簡歷(vitae)、課程 大綱(syllabus)及定期至學術系統更新。 • 全院師生和職員必須認同維持AACSB認證為全院重大之共同目標。
