You will gain those skills through on-the-job experience and formalized training. Below are the competencies expected of an examiner after one year on the job; you will be expected to have satisfactory skills in all areas with minimal supervision. It is an on-demand course – you may enroll at any time and take as much time as you need to complete it. Remember, your supervisor and training department should be consulted before you enroll in any training event. The behavioral science and management techniques presented are developed and honed each year to apply to the skills necessary for leadership roles within financial regulatory industry and beyond.
