Data from about 10,000 industrial facilities in 15 MS + Norway + Hungary

2001 data published in Feb. 2004

2004 data will be published in autumn 2006 ( 25 MS + Norway)

2007, 2008, 2009…data under the European PRTR implementing the UN-ECE PRTR Protocol

PRTR = Pollutant Release and Transfer Register

The UN-ECE PRTR Protocol will be implemented by the European PRTR regulation which is now undergoing co-decision procedure
