Business description & Mission statement • Description: High-class, luxury type of scene and bright and outstanding appearance to public draws attention of public, is at hand with providing any type of service. • Mission statement: We are inspired to accept and provide excellent service to every individual/customer that enters our environment of either hotel or casino. We ensure that every one of our guests is entitled to excellent service day or night whatever the cause. Thus we will provide the proper necessities for every type of stay or visit, whether business or pleasure our guests will be treated with five star service any time. • Goals: Be profitable • Attract more customers/guests • Be stationary • Have great appearance • Have great working conditions • Have great staying conditions • Provide excellent service to customers

Working conditions: Inside/outside hotel& casino • Indoor Hotel conditions: Standing for long hours, customer services, behind desk duties, proper speaking skills and bilingual, understand various duties and are able to perform them. • Indoor casino working conditions: Able to walk and talk/ deal with customers/guests in noisy and very packed places, Able to deal with conflicts, have good communication and visual skills, have good organization skills and good math skills, Understand various and are able to perform them. • Outside hotel working conditions: Standing/walking for long hours, Able to deal with conflicts, Have good communication and visual skills, understand various duties and are able to perform them, Can cooperate/deal with customers.

  4. Practices & procedures: The employee & customer • Employee/Customer: • Managers: have proper attire, Open areas for service, supervise and manage employees, Greet and provide service for customers • Chefs: have proper attire, make sure all equipment and utilities are up to date and ready, require fresh and plentiful ingredients; prepare dishes that need to be premade for other uses, make sure he/she has proper assistance, and make sure health policies are being followed properly • Janitors: have proper attire, do routinely checks on all facilities, make sure all tools and equipment is ready for use, if needed repair/clean, properly repair/maintain the problem, and reinsure all facilities and areas get cleaned or repaired after service hours • Security: have proper attire, make sure all devices are working properly, and maintain security and safety throughout the whole facility • Casino dealers: have proper attire, make sure work area is clean and organized, and properly follow all gambling rules and regulations

  5. Diversity & Personal safety, Harassment Discrimination • Diversity: Make sure all employees and customers are treated equally and fairly whatever the situation is. Make sure all guidelines and procedures are followed when it comes to hiring and promoting do not give special treatment to anyone employee. All work should be a team effort not just one individual even for consequences • Personal safety: Have employees and customers follow all rules and guidelines given and make sure working/buisness environment is calm and safe • Harassment/discrimination: to avoid these we will monitor every workplace and employee so that none of this goes on. If it does happen we will immediately suspend the offender and reinsure safety and comfort for all the employees

  6. Services & Procedures • Cleaning: • Throughout work hours & at the end of each day routine checks are made to asses’ areas in need of cleaning. Non-clean areas must be swept clean, moped and cleaned out entirely before opening back up to the public or cleaned in whatever manner necessary • Maintaining: • Make sure all work areas for employees are cleaned and organized ready for service. • All guest rooms must be cleaned and sanitized for all guest before enlisted to a room. • All gambling machines and tables must be cleaned and properly working as well up to code. • All guest services (bathrooms, food courts, relax areas, restaurants and casino/gambling areas etc.) must be organized, cleaned and ready for use. • Make sure landscape of hotel and casino outside are cleaned and look nice and professional (raked, trash picked up, swept down and washed down etc.) at the end of each day. • Make sure/routinely checked that all plumbing and electrical wiring are properly working and securely hooked up and are up to code as well • Repairing facilities: • Routine checks on all facilities repair or replace damage areas of facilities • When repairing facilities make sure areas are secured and proper personal are present • Make sure the personal does the job correctly and done professional

  7. $500 Contributions to economic success • Each department has its benefits that contribute to economic success by being a part of business attributes such as capital, resources and environmental success. • The amount of capital that each department creates is a great amount that contributes to the economy by all the amount of capital that is earned and is returned to the economy by taxes and facility payments to be ran. • The amount of resources that are used to run this type of business are so many that all attributes of each resource used is developed to create the main usage of supply and demand within this business and re-contributes back to the economy by the number of supply based on demand for certain products/resource’s

Special promotions, memberships & discount& retail items • As a resort we will offer special promotions to those of frequent long hour visitors, such as receiving a free nights stay, a free dinner buffet/restraunt. Are also able to receive free gambling money for numerous amounts of visits. • We offer private memberships within the casino and resort, which allows to receive discounts on anything in the facility. • We will embrace discount offers to all guest on special occasions, holidays, certain requests. For holidays discounts all retail items sold in faculty are 20% discount
