Vision/Mission VISION Our vision is to provide a happy, caring and stimulating environment where all students will recognize and achieve their fullest potential, with support from staff and community resources, so all are prepared for college/career readiness and ultimately contributing their life purpose and skills to society. MISSION Fowler High School recognizes that each student is an individual; that all students are creative; that all students need to succeed. Therefore, Fowler High School respects the individual needs of students; fosters a caring and creative environment; and emphasizes the social, emotional, physical, intellectual development of each student. With over 28 languages spoken at Fowler, we share our cultural backgrounds to nurture growth, responsibility, and productivity by celebrating our diversity within a positive school-wide atmosphere and by promoting sportsmanship, school spirit, and pride in ourselves through our daily studies, quarterly goal setting, and our educational accomplishments.

Fowler Focus 2014-15 Teachers/staff School wide Collect and analyze student performance data to plan meaningful, rigorous lessons aligned with Common Core Every teacher will participate in instructional round throughout the school year to improve climate and instruction Teachers will share effective instructional strategies with colleagues at faculty meetings Every teacher will stay current on professional practice in order to improve teaching and learning Three academies in Fowler B, C, and Twilight each with counselor, administrator, and support from staff/agencies School Leadership Team- Intervention Team- Climate Team- Students are connected to staff or community agency partner to support and /or keep on track for graduation Code of Conduct Professional Development/Support PTSO- need parents and students

STUDENT EXPECTATIONS Fowler Falcons are proud and confident in all they can and will accomplish Fowler Falcons are family and encourage each other daily Fowler Falcons are on time and prepared to school and all classes, lunch, study/support, jobs, etc. Fowler Falcons are respectful to themselves first and then others including all adults and peers. Fowler Falcons are tolerant of differences among the school community and learn from each other Fowler Falcons know how many credits they have, need, as well as, exams and grades working continuously toward graduation and college /career readiness. Fowler Falcons advocate for their needs asking for support from staff and agencies before, during, and after school. Fowler Falcons remind each other of the expectations Fowler Falcons work with staff to plan fun school spirit events
