  3. NSDC Standards for Staff Development • Learning Communities • Ongoing teams committed to school & district goals • Leadership • One district team leader per team suggested • Resources • Training, substitutes, stipends, technology • Design • Appropriate learning strategies

  4. Learning Web Participants • Team • 5 educators (one is a team leader) • Facilitator • Educational Service Unit • (19 ESUs in Nebraska)
