  2. In the web address box enter https:\\password.sau.edu Enter your user ID (first and last initial 7 digit ID number) Select Log in

  3. Enter your password

  4. You must enter 5 predefined questions and 2 User-defined questions Answers must be at least 5 characters long

  5. When complete click Submit

  6. Select Answer personal questions

  7. Select Test authentication and answer questions to verify answers

  8. Answer questions an select Continue

  9. Select Add login accounts

  10. Enter Email user name and select Find login IDs

  11. Enter Email password and select Add to profile

  12. Select Change password

  13. Enter New password then renter password in the Confirm box Must meet all requirements on page Select Change passwords

  14. Passwords for Network, Blackboard, Library Databases and email have been rest. In the future if you need to change password return to https:\\password.sau.edu and you can change your password by entering the current password or answering the questions . Select Log out Password Management is complete.
