  • Four programmes: 4 Managing, 4 Audit and 4 Paying Authorities

  • 4 JTS

  • All themes of regional and local public activities

  • Cofinancing up to 75%/85%

  • One programme:

    1 Managing Authority (Région Nord-Pas de Calais), 1 Audit Authority, 1 Certifying Authority
