What are the main territorial trends or observations from your project – for Europe, its regions and cities – in relations to „Access to services and resources, ICT, accessibility patterns”? • At the metropolitan level people commute on longer distances comparing with the previous decades • The reason is the suburbanization proces and accessibility improvement of outer suburbs (examples – Paris, Warsaw)

  3. What are the main territorial trends or observations from your project – for Europe, its regions and cities – in relations to „Access to services and resources, ICT, accessibility patterns”? • At the metropolitan level the spider web commuting structure is much better in comparison with the concentration structure (Berlin and Paris vs Warsaw) • The spider web commuting structure should be supported with well developed public transport services linking outer suburbs with outer and inner suburbs (Berlin vs Paris)
