  1. Traditional Tibetan Products That Promote Spirituality, Peace, Goodwill An Compassion The Tibetan Om Singing Bowl is hand-painted and is made of seven metals. Its diameter is about 5 inches and a wooden mallet is also provided along with the bowl. Tibetan Om, Eye of Buddha symbol and details of the mantra are entered in the bowl. The bell tone is produced by striking the side of the bowl with the wooden mallet. When a musical tone is produced by running the mallet over the bowl with a little pressure, it is considered that the bowl is singing.
