FCAL Collaboration: High Precision Design & Instrumentation of the Forward Region

This collaboration aims to design and construct a high precision detector for the forward region. The project includes sensor tests, detector simulations, and integration of engineering design considerations. Progress has been made in diamond sensor tests, scintillator readout, electron identification, and more. Future challenges include crossing angle studies and advanced physics background studies.
