Our Company Track and Trace is a division of Voice XML Canada Inc. which has established itself as a regional leader in designing and implementing machine-to- machine tracking and monitoring solutions. Founded in Dec 2010 Voice XML Canada began its business with voice/messaging solutions and consulting. Since then, we have expanded our expertise to provide tracking solutions (both asset tracking & mobile tracking) based on cellular and satellite technologies, leveraging the same infrastructure and expertise we have built and deployed. To better serve our customers we have created Track and Trace as a division of Voice XML Canada. In-house customization of OEM equipment has enabled our organization to exceed customer expectations. We believe the repeat business gained from our customers is the strongest testament to our credibility. Our dedicated team looks forward to assisting you in your tracking requirements.

Solution Overview Summary Voice XML Canada incorporates GPS and RFID technologies to achieve remote asset visibility (stationary or in transit), alert notifications, field identification and access to service /inspection reports and documentation through a single web-based user interface. Our software is designed in-house and would be fully customizable to customers’ specific application requirements. Simply put, our solution will inform you where your asset is, where it has been and what has been done to it. Software Our core asset tracker software platform has the capacity to track and monitor an infinite amount of assets and is able to integrate both satellite and cellular devices. Working directly with our technical resources, customers would have the option to customize virtually every esthetic and field component within the platform. Examples would be customized documents such as reports and inspections that can be created, updated and accessed from the interface. Custom configuration can also be set for mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets. Hardware Preliminary strategy would dictate using ruggedized RFID tags combined with robust battery powered satellite or cellular GPS tracking tags. Specific hardware selection would be confirmed and detailed on a per solution basis.

  4. Process Overview Visibility - Tracking tag fastened to each asset, reporting locations based on pre-programmed schedules.- Custom events can be provided. Options include motion and geo-fencing with multiple alert notification platforms available. Information Access - Instant Item identification for field or shop inspection. - Unique identification number will sync to back-end database allowing visibility of all attached service records/inspection reports etc. - Ability to update reports in the field and remotely attach and sync to item’s unique “file” - Shop service or location yards will immediately be able to scan and read that device’s ID number, as well as access all reports etc. associated. - Redundancy of location information for last known location in case of indoor storage or service. - Redundancy in case of tracking tag failure. Software Seamless integration of both GPS tracking and RFID identification and management files on a single interface.

  6. Key Personnel Liming Qian, M.Sc., Geographic Information Systems, M.Sc. Microelectronics, B.Sc. MicroelectronicsSoftware Design and Integration Liming also has close to 20 years experience in the design, development and implementation of technical solutions. His demonstrated expertise includes software design and back end system integration for organizations including Manitoba Hydro, Government of Alberta, and Alberta Health Services. In addition to being the architect for Voice XML Canada’s tracking solution, Liming has also custom designed detailed database management projects for enterprise level organizations over the past number of years which are still in use today. He was with Nortel Networks as a senior engineer, with Ivrnet Inc as Chief Technology Officer. He also has strong telecom/network experience with Cisco certifications. Trevor SevcenkoPrincipal Technical Consultant Trevor has 20 years experience implementing RF communication infrastructures providing wide range voice and data (including automatic vehicle locating GPS systems). He has worked as a project manager, lead integrator and field technician for clients including Nova, Petro Canada and Husky Energy. Prior to beginning his post-secondary education, he spent two years working on service rigs as both a roughneck and derrick hand. In addition to the product lines Voice XML Canada & TMS Wireless currently carries, Trevor has an extensive background of hands-on applications with several different leading communication equipment vendors such as Motorola, Kenwood, Sinclair, Comprod and Zecon.
