  2. What is WOTC (Work Opportunity Tax Credit)? A program that enables certified employees to gradually move from economic dependency to self-sufficiency. A means by which unemployed individuals find employment and obtain a credit on their taxes. A way that workers can receive a stipend from employer for working at the company.

  5. Correct!!!! The Work Opportunity Tax Credit program (WOTC) rewards participating employers with lowered federal tax income liability. Employers are able to hire individuals with barriers to employment.
