  3. Correction with PISA Single Track Event Correction factor • Their effects are evaluated with a Monte-Carlo study. PISA Input particle: p- single track 150K random distribution for pt, theta and phi pt : 0.0 - 5.0 GeV/c theta : 60o - 120o (TOF:68 - 112) phi : 140o - 260o (TOF:168.25 - 213.75) Physics switch: off except ELOSS Output primary information for hit on TOF use Perfect Chain (mTofGhitGdigi) Acceptance Calculation pt rapidity pt rapidity Akio Kiyomichi [Univ. of Tsukuba]

  5. Acceptance calculation result(Geometrical Acceptance) • Only TOF hit event. • Y: -0.1~0.1 TOF panels 2 sectors -> 45o • 45o/360o = 0.125 • Need input DC,PC, TEC hit info. • still under development pt rapidity Akio Kiyomichi [Univ. of Tsukuba]

  6. Decay Correction (plan) • For pions and kaons, we can estimate the effect of decay on efficiency. • Monte Carlo single track with and without DECAY. L: flight path length p: momentum Function of L/p Ex) Kaon Akio Kiyomichi [Univ. of Tsukuba]

  7. Tracking efficiency • Use GEANT base Evaluation package • ~ 80% efficiency • HIJING Central 100 event • We will study using MC and Real PRDF mixing event. By J.Lauret Akio Kiyomichi [Univ. of Tsukuba]

  8. Status&Plan • PISAを用いた、モンテカルロによる検出効率の評価を行う準備を進めている。 • シミュレーション上でPISA入力情報とヒット情報を比較する方法を確立。 • シングルトラック、マルチトラックによらない • 他のトラッキングチェンバーのヒット情報も加えてゆく。 • PISA2000 にサーベイ値を実装、Geometry DB との連携 • アクセプタンスの評価について、6月の Hadron WG にて報告予定 • TOFのCalibration、ハドロンPIDについても平行して進める。 Akio Kiyomichi [Univ. of Tsukuba]
