PVC Foam Board, commonly referred to as Foamex® Board is a flat, lightweight material available in a wide range of colours and thicknesses. This material can be easily fabricated and formed using conventional tooling and methods, the surface of PVC Foam Board readily accepts Screen and Digital Print.   2. 2 How do you cut PVC Foam Board? Foamex PVC sheet can be fabricated using common household DIY tools such as a hacksaw or jigsaw, a fine-toothed blade – to even a normal Stanley knife. We understand the constant-changing environment of our customers, and the timescales required, so we offer a Cut-to-Size service allowing the customer to purchase exactly what is required for the bespoke shapes which they may require. Our customers use PVC Foamex® in a variety of different applications, ranging from Signage purposes, to being an exceptional substrate material for Printers, as well as being suitable for Partition Walls for Exhibition Stands and Cladding. As well as this, PVC Foam Board can also be used for smaller purposes such as Beer Mats for Pubs, Bard and Restaurants & often printed with their branding, Counters for Board Games, to even Arts & Craft fairs.
