CRM Exam Mentorship • Form CRM Study Groups • Consider joint chapter study groups • Expand the annotated outline with additional information/related topics • Develop a vocabulary study • Use glossaries, highlighted terminologies, definitions, flashcards • For fun, develop game show-type questions; host contests
