  1. As you build your body, you should be aware of the fact that in bodybuilding you are entitle to have a similar diet when you are just health dieting but added with extra protein and other healthy fats to help you in boosting your muscle growth and to help you balance your hormones. As you watch your diet, you should be mindful of certain foods you need to avoid as they prevent you from building your muscles.

  2. Most Flavored Oatmeal Children and most adults love a bowl of flavored oat meal for breakfast but bodybuilders should avoid them because oat meal with flavors is made with additives. A pack of flavored oat meal contains the following, a typical packet of flavored oat meal contains maltodextrin, partially hydrogenated soy bean oil and abountiful amount of sugar and you do not want those sweets inside your body.

  3. A White Bread Yep,it might seem harmless but bread is composed of the high amount of crabs on each serving and white bread is added with fructose corn syrup like glucose. It means if you take one of these you will want to eat more and eating 2-3 more will increase your carb intake.

  4. Fruit juice Well,this is not really a food because it is a beverage but you still take inside your body so it counts. The fruit juice we are referring to are concentrated fruit juices. You should avoid this stuff because it is really jammed packed with concentrated sugar and it does not really have any nutritional value any fruit from which these juices came from. Because the healthy parts of the fruits are being stripped out during the process making it a very poor source of fiber and nutrients. Aside from that, as you drink process juice you are at great risk of taking in too many calories.

  5. Soy protein The majority of us consider this as a good source of protein but in bodybuilding, a bad source of protein can easily affect their current disposition.
