  2. Rider 360 History Access Services has been engaged with Fairway Technologies, former PDSA, Inc., since May 01, 2006 to start the development of Rider 360. The contract was renewed on May 01, 2011 until April 30, 2019. The Board approved transitional contract to Fairway Technologies on May 13, 2019 to extend the contract period to October 31, 2019. Rider 360 2.0 new contract was awarded to Cambria Solutions, Inc. on May 13, 2019.

Project Scope • Access Services seeks to upgrade the current 1.0 version of Rider360 (Rider360 1.0) to an advance 2.0 version (Rider360 2.0) to enhance business performance, comply with new rules and regulations, and implement new and expanded capabilities to reflect industry best practices • Contractor shall develop and implement Rider360 2.0 by performing the following Tasks: • Task 1: Project Management • Task 2: Current Rider360 1.0 Support • Task 3: WCAG 2.0 Implementation • Task 4: Browser Update • Task 5: Data Encryption & Security • Task 6: HIPAA Compliance • Task 7: Application Programming Interfaces (API) Enhancements • Task 8: Implementation • Task 9: Data Migration • Task 10: Post-Transition Operations and Maintenance
