Dead to Sin, Alive to God. Romans 6:1-13. Romans: God is RIGHTEOUS. in JUDGMENT (1:18-3:20) must condemn all because all sin in JUSTIFICATION (3:21-5:21) declares believers righteous through Christ in SANCTIFICATION (6:1-8:39) makes believers righteous through the Spirit.

  4. Question (6:1) • “If more sin brings more grace, then why not let sin rule in my life so I can get more grace?” • What does it mean? • “sin” (singular) = a master • “sin” produces “sins” (v12) • Why ask it? 5:20

Water! What prevents me from being baptized?” And Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.” And he answered and said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.” And he ordered the chariot to stop; and they both went down into the water, Philip as well as the eunuch, and he baptized him.
