CEO • Abdul Khaliq • 25 years experience in Pakistan Air force • Represented PAF in Siemens Pakistan for UHF Analogue telecom Project and worked in Carrier Telephone industries for Installation and Commissioning of country-wide network. • 3 years work experience with German based company datacon Al-Saudia for Saudi telecom KSA. • 5 years working experience with Nortel Network Asia for PTML Project and Complete installation and Commissioning of initial 4 Phases of PTML in Center and North region. • Also took part in Nortel-Huawei Swap for approx. 400 sites in North and Center regions • On May 2007 established TIER4(SMC-Pvt)Ltd and now working as CEO ---till date www.t4.com.pk
