LCAP – GOALS and Updates • Use funds to increase student performance: • Hire qualified teachers: 8 New Teachers • Purchase instructional materials: Content Software in all Classes • Repair facilities (not to acquire): Security Gate w/ Camera, Cameras in MPR and Outside (8 added), minor MPR repairs • Improve the instructional program: • Increase student achievement: Technology Throughout • Implement common core: Pearson • Improve student college readiness: Lexile Level Focus • Increase graduation rate: 4 Counselors • Complete AP courses: AP College Board Training • NEXT STEPS: Parent Courses- Spanish, English and Computers

  8. School Concerns/ Parent Support • Student Discipline: Conversations regarding Behavior Expectations at School • Backpack Checks at Home- Permanent markers not allowed, Tagging on Backpacks, etc. • Students Completing HW- Check Agenda Books on a daily bases and Pinnacle Grade Books.
