  15. We Need to Understand God’s Salvation • There is more to God’s salvation than having your sins forgiven – much more!

  16. We Need to Understand God’s Salvation • The answer to the Christians struggles and fears is that salvation has a present tense!

  17. We Need to Understand God’s Salvation • Salvation is past tense of sins being dealt with and a future tense of a home in Heaven but – what we need most of all – a present tense in our daily lives.

  18. We Need to Stand In the Armor of God • There had been all the talking planning and preparation then right at the critical moment the turned back.

  19. We Need to Stand In the Armor of God • There are scores of Christians who limit God because of personal defeat in their lives.

  20. We Need to Stand In the Armor of God • We as Christians need to turn from our failure, and trust Christ for a present tense salvation.

  21. We Need to Stand In the Armor of God • Christians need to prove to the devil and themselves that “greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.”

  22. We Need to Stand In the Armor of God • We need to stop fighting the battle that has been lost and claim the victory that has already been one – His victory.

  23. We Need to Stand In the Armor of God • If Christians would commit every area of their lives then God can move in and live through us.

  24. We Need to Stand In the Armor of God • Christians need to live in the good of the present tense of salvation.

  25. We Need to Stand In the Armor of God • When victory has been proven in the Christian’s life, you can handle anything!

  26. Conclusion • In your life and my life, we must do two things We must recognize the utter worthlessness of our fallen human nature. Then we must turn from it to receive the fullness of the indwelling Christ – “all that He is for all that I need.”

  27. Are We A Power-less Bow? • The Israelites were just like a bow for shooting arrows, all the pieces were there but the whole thing was slack and was completely useless.
