  1. Things which you probably should not buy at an airport

  2. Water- the essence of life; avoid buying it Dehydration can be one of the side effects of flying extensively for long hours. But buying a bottle of water can be expensive at an airport. Carry your reusable water bottle to the airport in order, to avoid paying for the overpriced water bottles. Save more money by parking your car at the JFK long term parking, while you are gone for your trip. Medicines Plan your trip ahead of time or make a checklist for flying which includes all the emergency items that you certainly may require. If you tend to get sick while flying or feel certain pressure or uncomfortable, talk to your doctor and buy your medicines. Medicine available at the stores in the airport is twice the price.

  3. Electronic gadgets Electronic gadgets that are available at the airport are way overpriced than the price compared to the online stores. Electronics are 34% overpriced at the airport than online. Buy your headphone ahead of time and save money. Keep your car safe and save money by parking at Sky harbor parking. Anything to eat or drink is expensive at the airport If you compare the prices, you will see that the prices are twice or thrice as much as you generally pay elsewhere. Even the chocolates available at the duty-free stores are expensive. The only difference is the packaging is larger than usual, but the price is larger also. So it is best to avoid buying anything at a duty-free store.
