Methods • Retrospective cohort: chart review • Approved by Institutional Review Board • Sample (N=212) • Active adult clients on 12/31/05 • Exclusion for death (N=3), incomplete data (N=3) • All eligible 18-29 included, random selection for 30-49 and 50 and over age groups • Study period: 1/1/06 - 12/31/06 • Analysis: • De-identified database • SPSS version 16.0 • Logistic Regression – binary vs. ordinal
