  • By using the agenda on a regular basis, it enables all teams, at any level, to become familiar with the format and style-improving the content, pace and efficiency of the meeting

  • It should be developed and agreed upon by the team

  • A member interrupts the leader, talks a lot and generally tries to take control of the meeting from the leader
