  6. Investigación e Innovación • Formación de equipos de investigación • Publicaciones: Fondo editorial, Boletín informativo, Revista Magisterial indexada • Biblioteca virtual

Para lograrlo • Proyecto inclusivo: modalidades, niveles, áreas, gestión, condición. • Participativo: la decisión es de los maestros. • Transparencia: el colegio y sus recursos son de todos los maestros colegiados. • Dispuestos a contribuir: con ideas y tiempo. • Espíritu de mejora: personal y profesional.
