1. 13th June 2011 Fetcham Netball Club Newsletter Upcoming Tournaments Tiffin Mixed Tournament Sunday 10th July 10am – 1pm @ Nonsuch High School for Girls, Ewell Road, Cheam SM3 8AB So far we have interest from Debbie, Paul, Sam, Matt, Hazel, Kelly T, &Nicola but we need more men to complete the team, if we get enough we can have 2 teams!! Please let Becca know by Friday 17th June if you are interested. SUMMER LEAGUE Tuesday 7th June – Thursday 7th July Please use the Google spreadsheet linkif there are any changes. Please let the named reserve know, if you cannot play and please arrange for someone else to cover the reserve/scorer role, it would also be good to let the captain know. Don't forget if you are a kit bag or match fees monitor - very important roles! Janice gave match fee bags to people at the AGM. Please pass the match fees on to Emma Strong after the match. 2. Friendly Match Play Friendly against OC’s @ Nonsuch High School for Girls, Ewell Road, Cheam SM3 8AB On: Any Monday night from 7.30 - 9pm from 6th June until the end of summer league. So far I have only received 1 reply , please let Becca know if you are interested by 17th June. Tournament Results Gem’s Versatility Tournament Saturday 11th June @ Nonsuch High School for Girls, Ewell Road, Cheam SM3 8AB The team was Janice, Kelly B, Debbie, Nicola, Jules , Kelly T & Alison W The team won 1, lost the rest but several were quite close – only 1 or 2 goals in it! We didn’t come last in our group!! 4. AOB Reigate Ladies who lunch – Zumba/Bollywood Dance 14th July @ Yoga Ananda Centre, 46 Albert Road North, Reigate We have arranged for both a Zumba lesson and a Bollywood dance lesson. You can choose which lesson you would like to attend and then we will all get together for a buffet lunch after the lesson. Meet at 12.30pm, lessons to start at 12.45pm, they will last 45 minutes and are introductory lessons. Please contact Sarah if you are interested.
