  2. The cafeteria/gym building of an inner city school is separated from the larger classroom building by an overgrown vacant lot.

  3. Each noon, the students cross the vacant lot and move to the cafeteria building for lunch.

  4. But they don’t all return for afternoon classes . . .

  5. Analyze this situation. Is this a problem? If so, what do we do?
