Status of Guidelines • Savings Estimation Methods • Latest (and only) operative version 6-1-2011 • Nearly final additional appendices • App D – Custom Measures • App E – Impact Evaluation • Work under way to fold App D and E into main body and create new operative version • Measure Lifetimes • Latest (and only) operative version 5-16-2012 • Developing the "Standard Information Workbook" • Incremental Measure Cost and Benefits • Latest (and only) operative version March 2012 • Developing the "Default EUL Table"

Plan for Integrating RTF Guidelines • July meeting – Propose, discuss, adopt overall structure for Guidelines.  • August meeting – Discuss and adopt a new version of the Savings Guidelines. • Draft July 15th • Comments August 3rd • Second draft August 10th • September meeting – Observe the discussion and decision-making related to the Phase II Lifetimes and Cost/Benefit updates.  • Debrief with update contractor • Distribute Guidelines integration issues October 6th

Plan Continued • October meeting • Review a first draft of the consolidated Guidelines • “Roadmap” Volume • Structural changes in other volumes needed to achieve integration • Consistent language and style across volumes • Discuss and Resolve Integration Issues • Any changes in meaning, discrepancies, or omissions will be identified and solutions recommended. • Technical issues with Lifetime and Cost/Benefit Guidelines identified through the Phase II work • Possible subcommittee work to resolve issues • November meeting and beyond – Once the issues have been resolved, present a revised draft of integrated Guidelines and assist the RTF with review and adoption.
